My bad

My sister noted I have been neglecting my blog. The reasons for this are pretty simple.
I got a job.

Although I truely miss the proximity of the University to various coffee shops, getting a real paycheck is worth much more. The other add-on was getting to acquire new clothes. Being a graduate student is not exactly a calling to the modeling runways. Who really cares what you look like when you are in a dark microscope room all day?

But in any case, I now dress "adult." And I like it. Honestly, the entire mindset gets changed when you dress quasi-professionally. I am not advocating a return to the IBM power suit, but a general atmosphere of decorum is nice.

So I will leave it with that for now. And I swear, more to come. Baseball season is coming.
